Edie & Amy Company was founded in 2017 by Dr. Ijeoma Idaresit to support mothers through the pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and early child development journey.
The Ijeoma Idaresit Scholarship is for West African students studying for the MSc in Public Health at The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM), particularly those with an interest in maternal health and mental health.
LSHTM is Dr. Ijeoma Idaresit’s alma mater. She chose the school because it is a globally respected and highly ranked institution with a rich history of excellence in public health education.
Edie & Amy executes public health initiatives in partnership with individuals, organizations and government agencies to provide support and mother care products in local communities.
So far, we have visited five communities in Lagos State and reached over 800 mothers.
